Sunset Water Villas
Two Sunset Water Villas offer the pinnacle of luxury for those who desire heaven .. in paradise. Stunning design o­n 250sqm, 2 bed-and-bathroom suites in each villa, glass floored living room with panoramic views of the azure lagoon, large L-shaped balcony with private BBQ. Jacuzzi, as well as private access to the lagoon, private neutral pool in front of the villa, offering total seculsion in Nature's best-kept secret. Deluxe Water Villas
A beautiful mix of natural elements and modern design, the Deluxe Water Villas offer privacy and serenity with the ultimate in luxury. With all amenities of the Water Villas, these rooms also offer a 34' big screen TV, Bose Surround Cinema system, a four-poster bed and a private Jacuzzi o­n the deck. This room can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children o­n extra beds. All of these villas have been refurbished and now offer the most luxurious over-water accommodation in the Maldives, new furnishings include: an open-plan layout to the villa, giving it a spacious, airy feel and an outdoor jacuzzi o­n the sun deck.

Water Villas
Made out of Canadian red cedar, these villas are built o­n wooden stilts above the lagoon, offering guests direct access to the ocean from their large private L-shaped terrace. All Water Villas are located o­n a separate island, which is connected to the main island by a 500-meter bridge and serviced by a Dhoni shuttle boat. This room type can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children o­n extra beds.

Deluxe Beach Villas
These spacious villas located o­n prime beachfront with their own wooden deck include an elegant four-poster bed, Espresso machine, oversized part open-air bathroom and a CD stereo system. air conditioning, Cable TV, Direct Phone, Channel Music, Attbath, Shower, Bath Tub, Shower/Bath Tub, Minibar, Work Desk, Safe Deposit Box, Smoke alarms, Sprinklers, Double Bed and king bed. Spa Water Villas
Located in the new Spa Village they are 130 metres square and each has its own treatment room in the villa. The rates include a treatment daily and are decided o­n arrival with a spa consultant. Guests are permitted to combine a stay with a Spa Water Villa and another room type during their stay however a minimum of 3 consecutive nights must be taken in the Spa Water Villa.
