| Renovation Works |
Since December 2004, Paradise Island have been renovating 40 Water Villas. The renovation works were completed on 27th of December 2007 and the new Water Village is now available for bookings. Although the renovation work of the above 40 Villas are completed, there are some additional water villas being built. The completion work of these additional 22 bungalows will be in progress throughout this winter period. However, major constructions of these additional rooms are now over and mainly interior works are in progress. Exterior work of these additional rooms are very little and limited, therefore customers should experience minimal disturbance. In addition, the site of the unfinished 22 room area is separated from the existing 40 water villas and screened from view although some noise may be experienced. |

On the eastern edge of the North Male Atoll, approximately 20 minutes from the airport by boat. The island is close to the nations' capital island of Male'. The island measures nearly 1 km in length and about 500 metres in width.
Due to the close proximity to the Airport, night time transfers are also conveniently arranged.
